PC Hardware help Page 3

I remember having to install them before and I found some drivers or a driver package that worked perfectly. But I remember it took my all day. I wouldn't know which card was what. If this is my only choice then I'll try it, but yeah.

Thanks Nil.

I got a new question: Just wiped the HDD and re-installed XP. Everything works great, except the annoying updates. Anyway, I need the latest video/audio drivers and for the life of me can't find the ones that I think match my erm.. things? (I don't know what I'm doing)

Can I install any video driver? I have no audio and the video is poor quality and the websites sroll weird, so I need to figure this out.

Cheers.

Pick your computer up chuck it out the window and resume using chalk and cave wall.

Which window? Where can I get free chalk, link? What's the best wall to get?

It's a cheap thing. We had an old PC and a few years ago updated it with a cheap motherboard but it worked fine. Over thee years it got a bit glogged up with crap so I decided to do a fresh install and it works well (except this issue).

I think it's AMD Duron? Something like that anyway?

Lee, there are ways you can find out what you've got. If you've not bought something new, of course. :)

I found all the drivers n stuff I need. It's working great now.

Cheers guys for the help.
