Paranormal Sketch Show Page 16

Thank you all so much for this. Many of you have obviously given up a good portion of your writing time for this. Hang your procrastinating heads in shame!

I have my favourites and I'm sure Lee will have his totally opposing ones. Hopefully there will be some crossover though. Rest assured that if any of your suggestions fires up the big man at C4 there's a couple of beers in it for you.

A gay fashion student (think Gok Wan) from the local college is hired as the make-up artist, but applying his wacky trendy ideas to the corpses ends in hilarious consequences (but not for the grieving families)

You must pitch this new reality TV show How To Look Good Dead to C4 immediately. It's got their name all over it.

Ha, I know one of the directors of HTLGN very well.

One of Lee's, that.

Do I get the prize for the most suggestions you have already tried?

Good luck. In Living Memory. https://www.comedy.co.uk/tv/loving_memory/

If the BBC can 're-make' Rising Damp, then I'm sure In Loving Memory is in need of an update (Lord knows it was when it first aired. A contender for one of the most depressing comedies ever).

Quite probable. I wouldn't have said depressing, but it's not an example of great comedy.

But then Fun At The Funeral Parlour wasn't too long ago, and it strikes me as the kind of territory which channels wouldn't want to enter all too often.
