I often get worried by the same kind of thing. Thankfully a lot of things now ASK you first if you want them to publish a news story or not.
And I will shortly be building a BCG-related Facebook app for my uni work. I expect you all to add it and use it. Or you will be banned.

you can change that in your settings. No one knows what I do any more.
And no, they don't know you've blocked them.

Well, that's it. The fun is apparently in joining up and seeing how many (so called) friends you can amass. Once you've done that I'm not sure if there is much else to it.

It has it's uses.
I was very cynical about Facebook at first, and signed up in character because I thought my Grey Bloke would have an account. But in the last couple of weeks it's actually come in very handy for building contacts with people I'd like to work with.
There are hundreds of comedians on there, some of them fairly green-lightable, and you can get messages to them without going through their agents...
