If it's still under the Apple Care plan just send it back. You'll get a box on Monday or Tuesday and a new iPod by Wednesday or Thursday. It's crazy fast.
I certainly didn't knock Jessie's iPod on the floor. It certainly didn't do the sick iPod face. And there is no chance at all that it never worked again.

About two years ago. To be fair, she was looking for a replacement at the time anyway, and ended up getting the vastly superior and sexier Creative ZEN Vision:M, which had a colour screen and could handle video at a very high quality.
(I'm aware that iPods can do this now, before anyone says anything.)
