Never took you for a pill popper.
Oh, dude. No.
Gav has been excommunicated.
What the menopause is an Eee?!
Oh bollocks. Well cut and paste or something... can't be arsed.
Quote: DaButt @ October 11 2008, 1:27 PM BSTNo, but I've been considering it. My friends all love theirs.
Even though I already have a laptop, after having actually seen it, in use, and really got a true appreciation for its size (on the move - used one in a shop the first day they were released here), I'm seriously considering buying one.
I read word online that there'll be a touchscreen version out early 2009 though...

Yep.
The ASUS Eee PC (pronounced as the letter e, IPA /iː/) is a subnotebook / netbook computer designed by ASUS. At the time of its introduction, it was noted for its combination of a light weight, Linux-based operating system, solid-state drive and relatively low cost. Newer models have added the option of Windows XP operating system and traditional hard disk drives. Newer models have also increased in price, though they remain relatively inexpensive as laptops, and notably inexpensive for ultra-small laptops.

It's a teeny weeny cheap laptop. And is ace. And I want one.
I just hit it up on wikipedia. Looks nice.
It is.
*strokes screen*
It looks gooorgeous, and comes in ace colours.
But I do get really frustrated by using small things. (and that is REALLY not supposed to be an innuendo.) I got a nice big phone on purpose, with biggish keys and a big screen.
But they are flipping pretty. And obviously good to use on the train or whatever.

Yup! Yup! And yup! again!
Glad you noticed the innuendo too.
For once, I spotted it before hitting 'submit'.
