Oh yeah, you have to grill them or something. Too complicated for me.
Creme brulee's? Don't they come in little ramekins?
I thought all you had to do was turn the oven on...

A friend of mine bought one of those bunsen burner things only to prepare proper crème brûlée. It's fantastic. And one could probably do a little bit of welding with it, too.

You have to put them in the oven, then take them out, put the topping on and put them in the grill!
