Pizza Hut 
My brother and my best friend worked at a Pizza Hut when they introduced the pan pizza. They brought home 2 large pizzas every day for an entire summer and I've never been able to stomach it since.

*I guess the Chicago pizza (topping order is inverted from "regular" pizza) is basically unique to the area, so I'll allow any thick-crusted pizza.
Thin crust. Deep pan is for people who can't face reality.
