Favourite Sitcoms: To Learn a little more! Page 2

36206 is the amount of posts Aaron has made, add a 1 to the end and thats my phone number. Just thought i'd say.

Yeah, give him a week.

To no one's surprise, my favourite sitcom is Coupling; closely followed by Friends and Green Wing. And then it's a difficult choice between Black Books, Not Going Out, The Good Life and Open All Hours.

Yes, I do realise that's seven.

Coupling was my number six. I hate lists.

Today, it is :

The Thick Of it
Spaced
Blackadder
The Office
League of Gentlemen

Oh of course: Blackadder! :(

And TLOG!

I hate lists.

Me too!

1. I'm Alan Partridge.
2. Frasier.
3. Friends.
4. Father Ted.
5. Peep Show.

Right now....

1. Spaced
2. Scrubs
3. Friends
4. Porridge
5. Fraiser

I have to many favorite sitcoms so I'll list my favorite sitcoms that are on right now (as in still playing on TV):
1) Big Bang Theory
2) IT Crowd
3) 30 Rock
4) Might Boosh
5) The Office (US)

Those are the sitcoms I actually enthusiastically wait for. I also watch Scrubs and How I Met Your Mother...but I don't know for how much longer. Scrubs is at the end of it's ropes and How I Met Your Mother barely gives me laughs any more.

I find myself skipping past Scrubs whenever it's on now (which is all the time on Paramount Comedy Channel). It's completely lost its "thang".

I think it's amazing how Friends could seem so funny, ten years ago, and so unfunny and annoying now.

Totally agree. I find it far too low on the funny, and far too high on the preachy/morally type stuff. It's just not my bag, baby.

The Simpsons
The Office
Curb your Enthusiasm
Rise and Fall of Reginald Perrin
Fawlty Towers

Yea I hope they decide to stick with their decision to end Scrubs this season. It's totally just beating a dead horse right now.
Although I really hope the creator Bill Lawrence goes on to do something else. He's a really funny writer. I've liked his other projects too.
Spin City, Clone High? Two very funny shows.

I've never heard of Clone High. Any good?
