I remember the Beastie Boys used to always do really funny interviews. Mike-D in particular, used to be able to just improvise on the spot, making up hilarious answers, off the top of his head, during interviews. I remember the group being interviewed by Katie Puckrick, at Glastonbury, in 1994, onboard a Double-Decker bus, and Mike-D made up some ridiculous story about how he'd once got an old London Double-Decker imported from the U.K., and had it fitted with a dragster engine, giving it the ability to do nought-to-sixty in about two seconds. Katie Puckrick seemed to be believing every word he said.

From what I read in The Times today, the Top Gear MPH live show is supposed to have a London bus that can do "doughnuts"
