You work in the Civil Service if I remember rightly, Timbo?

I left university pissed, broke, depressed and almost unemployable.

That's why I don't leave. :)

Me too. Anyone who says their school years were the best of their life clearly never went to uni.

Or they were one of the people who killed thmselves at uni or dropped out.

It were people who don't know what they want to do with their life end up. In many ways it is like University, but with more drinking.

I hated school.

We sort of enjoyed a "Uni style" thing when I was in bands - in cellars, pubs, clubs, parties careering around in a van, signing autographs on girls naked bodies with our penis pens.. you know the sort of thing, you students!!!

Sadly, he's not joking.

Well I was neither, and I always thought school was Ok. University was much, muchly, much better though!

It's a whole different story when you enter University over 25. You take it a lot more seriously, especially when you are paying for it out of your own pocket. Plus I really don't think a lot of those kids in my classes are mature enough to understand a lot of the theory.

The best years of my youth were probably when I was 18-20, when I would have been at Uni. If I'd have gone. Everything's fun at that age, no matter where you are.

Prison?

School was a drag, and I was horrified at the thought of "Uni" but enjoyed my time at College doing electronics but only because the work was interesting. The other students were twats. I dashed straight to rehearsals/gigs after classes so we could shag more groupies in the van in the carpark. I was pretty serious about my music.

13) Have every post on the first page of the General Discussion board with your name on it.
14) Have Ellie yell at you for doing it.

:D

Prison?

Nope. The realm that is known as laziness.

Prison?

:)

They certainly were the days, weren't they?

When I joined the women's rugby team at uni I had to wear patients robes (with no back) and just underwear underneath and eat the most disgusting food. Down drinks and slap every single one of the rugby boy's bums whilst covered in plasters. We also went knicker bobbing in cider. They were clean!

I'd have taken up badminton instead to be honest...
