I like certain scenes. But the bits in between - I get bored.

I could never watch Clockwork Orange twice, I found it too disturbing the first time around.
I only saw it recently-ish. So I was a bit disappointed. (Too much build up. Not the film's fault.)
It was still good, just not AmAzInG.

Agreed.
A Clockwork Orange is disturbing. I've only seen it a couple of times, and don't plan on watching it again. Nothing special imo.

I agree. It's a good film, but lacks the punch that I was expecting after its notoriety,

I doubt any films can live up to that level of notoriety. The Evil Dead, The Exorcist and Straw Dogs certainly didn't.
Oh I saw them when I was younger, so I didn't have that problem.

Although the home invasion scene was quite chilling. Other than that I was a bit bored.
And The Godfather. Yawn.
