I don't know how to describe them! I'm reading Slash's autobiography at the moment, it's actually insane.

Ooh. I used to love them! They were my first concert when I was about 12.

I am tres jealous. My first concent was, rather embrassingly, The Darkness. Although their first album was really good!

Heh, the Darkness aren't that much worse that Guns n' Roses really!

And kind of look similar...

Haha. Lots of long hair and tight trousers.

Does anyone else think Glasvegas are a bit rubbish?

I'd say they were Metal (or Rock). Certainly not pop :) Appetite For Destruction is quality, though they went a bit shit with November Rain etc. imo.

An End Has A Start (album) - Editors

Guns N Roses were rock, metal, and some early grunge overtones at times.

I'd say mostly rock though.

Yes indeedy. I called it rock then anyhoo.

I really liked November Rain!

Funnily enough, of all of their work, that's the track I now have stuck in my head.

I think he was ace at writing ballady love type songs.

Now listening to Guns N' Roses - November Rain. :)

There's a bit of blues in there too I think, especially in Axl's voice. They're a right mixture.

I quite like November Rain but it is ridiculously long. Sweet Child O' Mine is one of my favourite songs.

Was there one called Don't Cry?
That was a good'n.

Aye, one of the few good songs to come out of their last couple of albums I think.
