An interesting thread from Griff? Surely some mistake. Anyway, my nominations would be from Fawlty Towers.

Aaron would be Basil Fawlty because he has delusions of granduer and you could push him over the edge with mispellings and bad grammar.
Zooo would be Sybil because they're like an old married couple anyway.
Ellie would be Polly because she's sexy and we'd all like to do her.
Alan C would be The Major. Because of his massive age.
Marc P would be that guy sitting on the edge of a bed blowing up a sex doll.
Jake Howe would be the deaf woman because no matter how often you say something, he just never gets it.
Finck would be all the german characters.
And I'd be the cool detective that captures the conman in one episode and gets off with Polly.
