Thank you guys so much. I still am not 100% sold on birthdays but I feel so uberloved! I am recovering at this moment in time having been dragged out last night to a surprise "colour theme" night out complete with choc cake topped with smarties and dolly mix. I wondered why I got a Rainbow Brite costume as a present.
Got the signed card by the way! That was so sweet of you guys and thanks for the squizzel badge Finck and hugs to Gav for the amazing cartoon pic of myself he sent (which I now have as my avatar) and thanks to Danny for some lovely pressies (I now have that crayon flask in both red and blue!). I did get a lot of presents from people (Lady luck rules okay and the Disney store appear to have been ramraided by the looks of things) and best gift was the Snoopy snow cone maker. Funniest moment was the card from the Mothership and Overlord which was a Monty Python one and should have played "Always look on the bright side of life" but the Mothership, true to form, didn't check it was working properly so it sounded like Eric Idle had suffered a stroke.
