The thing I hate about X-Factor... is that you can always tell who's going to be good and who's going to be bad thanks to a) the soppy music b) the sob stories and c) what they look like.

My daughter's monopolizing the television at the moment. She's watching Shawn of the Dead. I guess I'll go outside and mow the lawn. Looks like we might get a hurricane next weekend, so it may be a while before it gets cut again.

I watched that again a couple of days ago followed by Hot Fuzz, which after my second viewing was much better.. but still not nearly as good as Shaun of the Dead!
