I love how Canada in the South Park world has slowly degenerated into a ridiculously absurd parody of its worst stereotypes. Probably has to do with the fact that their writing team has a few Canucks.

Easy jokes + Canadians love to hear the word "Canada" in film and television. Throw the word Canada or a Canadian city into an episode of a show and it will make National news. Sad really but humorous at the same time. :)
