Rules
1 person starts (me) and PM's a member and tells them the only thread they are allowed to post in (keep it in general please).
It is not until someone else notices that they are only posting in that thread that they can quote one of the stuck persons posts to free them shouting... you're free.
The person who has just been freed can then nominate another person to be stuck by PM'ing them. They most post in General, General to say the next person has been PM'd.
