Hello! Thanks everybody. Ahh - it's faux because a lot of it is bunged on; don't like "Americana" but don't hate everything and everyone American (though I like to pretend to)... does that make sense?
And medals - all I can say is, who got silver in the team dressage? Eh!!! You thought you had it covered, but while you put a big effort into proper sports we snuck in and clinched that baby.

We felt sorry for you - like you do with a baby who cries because he can't have a packet of sweets so you just let him have one.
