EXT.OUTSIDE SHOPPING CENTER.DAY

JOHN IS WORKING ON HIS SHOE POLISHING STAND POLISHING THE SHOES OF A 50 YEAR OLD (APPROX) BLACK MALE TERRY WHOM HE KNOWS

TERRY:
The tables have turned now

JOHN:
You're right Terry, I suppose when your ancestors where cleaning my ancestors shoes they were doing it for nothing. I don't know if it's appropriate for me to say sorry on behalf of them for those days but for what it's worth TERRY, sorry.

TERRY:
I meant those tables, it means it's 5 O Clock

TERRY POINTS OVER TO THE TABLES OUTSIDE THE RESTURANT WHICH HAVE BEEN TURNED ON THEIR SIDES FOR CLEANING

JOHN:
O Right

This guy John is basically always innocently saying the wrong thing. Obv it's a bit of a touchy topic
Maybe it AINT funny :(

Sorry missed it nice pun, but poor setup.

Do it as James Bond and Blofeld and you have a killer.

It's a good joke though...

Nice one, Beau. You could re-work the scenario a bit, but the joke is good. I like your skits - always short and snappy. :D

Thanks Guys!

It could do with a polish.

:)

no need for Racism :)

Another good one, I'd agree it might need touching up but the jist of it is good :)

I didn't know black shoe-shiners used to work for free.

He is inappropriately referring to Slavery

Hey! I liked that, took me by surprise and I laughed. Good work.
