Things that piss you off Page 274

Ellie's "frying pan" produces enough "grease" of its own.

On which note, I'm off out for a huge breakfast at a nearby cafe. Laters, losers! Cool

TTPYO: Re-stringing guitars. I can't re-string them and all the people who normally do it for me are on holiday. *shakes fist*

The Prime Time on Dave Sponsored by Cobra "jokes".

When your Amazon shopping basket helpfully informs you that "the price of Just Good Friends - Series 1 [1983] has decreased from £12.00 to £11.99 since you placed it in your Shopping Basket."

What is the point?? >_<

Blimey, they've announced those again? I wouldn't get your hopes up.

It was more the 'reduction' of 1p that pissed me off, but do you mean they're not really releasing it? :(

They might be. I'm sure that they will at some point. But it was first announced three years ago, and keeps getting rescheduled. And look when they say it is actually meant to be release. June 2009, I think it was? Normally they don't announce things until a couple of months before release. So I'm sure it will be out at some point, but don't be surprised or emotionally crushed if it's not this time.

The first two series' have been released in the past of course, so you can probably still get copies of that.

I don't know whether to be offended or not that you think my entire emotional well-being depends on the release of this DVD! ;)

Although it was a very good series...

When TV schedulers don't bother with Bank Holidays anymore.

What's your bank holiday about? (I'm aware that I could just as well look it up, but I like to converse.)
