Thanks Sootyj & David!
Frankly, I wasn't looking for laughs, I was looking to put down the trite post by Old Cow Lazing. I just went off on one.

Go with it, the pacing and occaisonal coherence of the language was funny.
The bulk of writing I find is seeking one's voice.
Quote: David Bussell @ August 19 2008, 3:55 PM BSTThat actually made me laugh more than anything I've read today, Morrace. Did you get the text from spam emails or a dicky voice translator?
From my ‘dicky' brain.

Oh, I've sought and found various voices – one is of the ‘Miami' variety.
I have to say I like Morrace's sketch too. It's like the kinda thing I'd write in hysterics and then delete it, thinking people would think I'd lost it. Would be great to sneek it into a conventional sketch show and have people thinking 'What the fu...' before the next sketch pops up.

Neither was I. Good we're on the same page, eh?
Oh and it's oldcowGRAZING to you.

Thanks Simon. Or take it to to a one of those writers' class 'readings' and slip it in (ooh, Matron!).

Ignored even after my reply to you. I'm flattered. Thank you.
You're looking slightly green around the gills though.
Oooh I don did it now!
*logs off quickly to prove I don't give a flying alien about anyone's (notably Morraces) reply*

Yep
Morrace's sketch reminds me of an episode of "House" where the patient had a neurological disorder which meant when he tried to say a word, a different one came out. How about that for a crazy sitcom character?
Work.
