im not losing hope yet, he's a friend of one of my former teachers so once the holidays are over i can get in touch with him again and even if i cant he's not the only trainer out there. :)

Without Google?

Good luck!

Even with google im struggling at the moment but then again the more you put in the more you'll get out :)

UPDATE: So I e-mailed some sports people to see if they can put me in touch with the sports guy and they replied saying they had passed my message onto him. I e-mailed about 5 people so hes gonna get the same e-mail 5 times but hopefully he'll be able to give me some pointers or even training and ive found an athletics track here in my hometown so im now looking into buying a sports wheelchair so i can train, they cost between £1500 and £6000 though. Ill definitely be watching the paralympics for tips.

Good luck, be good to see you combine the 2.

Bloody flipsticks, that's expensive.

It is expensive to buy a sports chair, but lots of good quality non-sporting chairs are in that price range too. I guess the thing to do is look for sponsership. Tanni Grey Thompson has a website http://www.tanni.co.uk/ You could perhaps ask her for some tips?

That's the spirit, Google has other trainers!

Paul, he literally just wrote he's not doing it any more.
