Okay, so there's 2 sitcoms Coming Of Age, and Massive, and 1 sketch show; The Wrong Door. I really don't know what to make of it all other than I laughed maybe once.

Last year's Coming Of Age pilot was so bad it was good. I'm really looking forward to that. I don't know anything about the other two, and as with any other show, don't want to until it's broadcast.
Johnny Vegas and Paul Kaye = good. Ralph Little = very, very bad.

Two Pints... = Yes
The Royle Family = No
I didn't realise these shows were particularly new news (puts on smug voice: we reported on these agggeesss back) but good to see the trailers for them for the first time. Having seen the trailers I'm now bit worried about the quality of all three I must say.
BBC Three have loads of comedies in development. Apart from more Mighty Boosh, Two Pints etc, they've also got a number of new pilots in development. These include... Hash, The Intern Project, Things Talk, Vidiotic, CSI Nigeria, Deadbeats, Second Life and more. All The Queens Men will perhaps be the most interesting, coming as it does from Matt Berry and Rich Fulcher.
More details on all these pilots via our in production page within the next week... just got to find a spare moment to update that!

Chortle are often a bit slow on the uptake.
Almost 7 months slow. https://www.comedy.co.uk/news/news.php?story=000376
Massive is just Sound (old BBC3 pilot, which stared Sam Riley,) with a different title and cast. It was't good then and doesn't look good now despite Carl Rice, who I think has a good future ahead of him.
By the way, I only posted it because of the video links.
I haven't been too impressed so far with the clips from The Wrong Door, but I guess it's unfair to judge it until I've given it a chance.

This is wilful provocation, Aaron... Unless they've changed the premise, the characters, the tone and the writing since the pilot, the series will be yet another BBC3 sitcom that does its bit to gnaw away at the last vestiges of humanity. The BBC3 ident should consist of a teenage boy drinking an alcopop whilst sitting in a bath of his own piss, merrily wanking and farting whilst the Earth decays about him.
Perhaps, perhaps. I'd still like to see it though!

Yeah, fair enough...

Stay the hell out of my pitch meetings, Walker!
I think 'Coming of Age' looks quite funny. Although, reading this, I feel like I should apologise for that opinion.
The pilot seemed to have quite a good (if puerile) script that was completely ruined by the overacting.

From the trailer, I agree. Though it will have to be seen to be believed. No apologies.
