FACT! Post 10 facts about yourself

Every forum ever does this, it's the law.

Post 10 'interesting' facts about yourself and we can all revel in how interesting we are. (Now the thread will die on it's arse and I'll pretend it never happened)

Here are mine before bed:

1: I've never broken a bone.

2: The hair on my head is incredibly thick at the back, disproportionately so compared to the top.

3: The first autographs I ever got were from average footballers Barry Vennison, Neil Shipperley and Gordon Watson.

4: I once fainted in a junior school maths lesson.

5: The first DVD I ever bought was Ghostbusters. I subsequently had to swap it for another copy due to an early glitch on the disc.

6: I haven't seen ET or any of the Indiana Jones films.

7: I have a Grade 1 piano certificate.

8: I once cried at senior school when someone threw a Malteser at my head and it really hurt. I spent the rest of the day insisting it was a stone.

9: I was once slightly rude to Tony Robinson.

10: The first film I ever saw at the cinema was the Disney film 'Oliver & Company' in 1988.

Now you go!!

1) I was born in Las Vegas.

2) I raised both of my children by myself since they were ages 1 and 2.

3) I was the Charlotte County (Florida) spelling bee champion in 8th grade.

4) I'm eligible for membership in Mensa, but I don't like eggheads.

5) When I was 15 I tattooed my name (Randy) on my right calf using my mother's sewing machine needle, a disposable razor and some India ink. I learned how to do it by watching a television documentary about prison.

6) I met OJ Simpson when I was 10 and I still have the autograph.

7) Jack Black held the door open for me once on the UCLA campus.

8) A bald eagle once dropped a live fish on my car 3 miles from the nearest water. I thought I was hallucinating.

9) I sat next to one of the Baywatch chicks and John Cusack at a Who concert in L.A. and I also met Pete Townshend backstage.

10) I spent 4 years in the Army and never spent a night in a tent.

How well did that work?

How well did that work?

That was 1978 and 30 years later it's still there and staring back at me. It hasn't faded a bit.

Fact # 11: The tattoo was originally supposed to say "F**k You." I sobered up a bit after I had the F and part of the U completed and decided to go with "Rock and Roll." But that phrase proved to be too long and painful, so I compromised with my name. It's obvious that the R began its existence as an F.

Wow. I'm a little impressed and a little over-awed. Was it painful?

I don't think I can get to Malta anytime tonight...

I just think that shows a lack of commitment.

I'm surrounded by fields, why would I need to go to another country to look at them?
