I wonder if he'd still bolt after a drugs test.

He said before the race that he's had so many blood samples taken from him that he won't have any energy for the race itself. So it looks like he's clean.

I wonder how much quicker Bolt would've been, if he hadn't slowed down, with about 30 metres to go? Also, considering he's only 21, it's scary to think what times he'll be getting when the next Olypics comes around, or the one after that. Remember, Linford Christie didn't win his Olypic Gold until he was 32, and didn't record his fastest-ever time until he was 33.

That was ridiculous. I don't know how he could slow down and celebrate over the last third of the race, and still break the world record! He is a machine.

Woah! Have you seen the Swedish Woman's Hurdler (World Champion)?

I'm just cleaning up my dribble.

Wow - look at all the medals! Ben Ainsley is a genius.

Is that what you kids are calling it these days.

I think the olympics are good fun to watch, team GB are doing really well and that Michael Phelps from America did really well too. Looking forward to the paralymics.

Bolt is so good, that I think the only person he'll have to worry about breaking his new world record, or any future world records he holds, for the rest of his career, will be himself! He's going to become the Bob Beaman of the Sprint world, by which I mean he will probably remain the World Record holder, for decades, after he retires.

When I saw the slow motion replay, of him looking around, and pounding his chest, before he'd crossed the finish line, I actually burst out laughing. The other competitiors all looked so intense, but still couldn't get anywhere near him. It reminded me of that scene in the Mr. Bean film, where he was casually riding his old fashioned bike, and he sped past all those professionals on their racers.

By the way, Britain are now third in the medal table. That's pretty impressive, when you compare the size of our population to that of some of the other countries', who are below us in the table, e.g. Brazil and Russia.

They're wasting this guy's natural talents. He should be a goalkeeper!

How many of them are there? Two?

The Swedish lady is cuuuute! Needs longer hair, mind...

I quite like Kelly Southerton actually.

Yeah, she's lovely.

I think you'll find this lady will take some beating. By the way, that's my pole she's gripping there.
