What are you eating? Page 38

Ohh.

('TRUFAX!' I miss that when it goes.)

Personally, I love the toad in the hole and the bubble and the squeak but can take or leave the spotted dick.

You. Eating that much. This late. On that logic.

Bloody hell it's not that much! Bit OTT. You make it sound like I'm having a Sunday lunch.

Are they not aware of the concept of supper in the Sarf?

I'm going to die, aren't I? :(

I flipping hope not!

Quote: Graham Bandage @ August 16 2008, 10:53 PM BST

Is it the Yorkshire puddingness of it or the sausageyness of it that irks you?

Most of it.

('TRUFAX!' I miss that when it goes.)

I keep forgetting to use it!

Quote: zooo @ August 16 2008, 10:54 PM BST

The one I don't understand is Bubble and Squeak.

What is it anyways?

At 11pm? :/

Well I live on my own so I just eat whenever I feel like it. Running round in the nude does get boring after a few weeks though.

I somehow got the impression you lived with your mother. *strokes chin*

Laughing out loud

Noooo. Maybe you were just confusing me with Norman Bates?

Is there much difference?

Norman Bates was hot looking.

It's an old way of using up leftovers from your Sunday lunch. Basically, you fry cold roast potatoes and shredded cabbage or sprouts with a bit of onion so the spuds break up a bit in the pan and get all nice and crispy around the edges. Then you serve it with a bit of gravy and any leftover roast beef.

EDIT: Oops, nearly forgot. TRUFAX!

:(

Nooooooo!

I meant, that's something you have in common. :)

Plus it was the truth!

For once. ;)
