Does seem a bit of a 'injurylawyers4u' kind of a company. Why can't we go to the small claims court or CAB instead like sooty suggested?

Seriously though I can't understand how I've caused offence. And usually I'm so good at that.

Have to say this is incredibly patronising.

A year or so ago I managed to reclaim bank charges going back 7 years. That was without the CAB.

Well this is the internet. Sometimes the internet is serious business and people get offended. Said people are quite silly.

OK. Colleague tells us about refunds given to people who've been mis sold credit agreements etc. Forwards details to the website to us. Apparently a lot of the high street banks are crapping bricks and paying up with no questions asked etc. I post the website here. Simon posts a Busta Rhymes gig because it's all about "charity, mate". I get pissed off because of the shear rudery.. and blah.

I asked for an explanation and offended grazing. And apparently I sleep under a tree. Not sure how she knew that.
