Most of them probably deserve to be locked up.

Then clearly you haven't read the contents of that site neither do you keep up with current affairs. Most probably you're the kind of person who sleeps under a tree whilst others are making hey and then carp afterwards about not being told about it.

F**k me sideways with a barge pole! You try and do some good and you get a poke in the eye.

I'm sorry, I still don't know what it's all about.

"Cartel Client Review Limited helps you receive financial compensation as a result of invalid, unenforceable or fundamentally flawed consumer credit agreements. These include mortgage, secured loan and motor finance contracts. Working closely with solicitors, auditors and other professionals, Cartel Client Review provides a service designed to assist our Clients claiming a settlement within 6 to 12 months of their claim being accepted by our panel."

Have a lot of people been missold credit agreements and you recommend this as the best company to help you get compensation?

Woah, OCG!! I didn't really understand what it was about either. Noones ungrateful, we just don't get it :(

I think everyone thought it was a kind of 'sarky' post. And there are a million companies like that anyhoo.

*looks in on thread, sighs heavily and wishes I'd never bothered...closes door on way out*

I'm afraid if you're in that kinda trouble the only real place to go is the Citizen's Advice Bureau. Every one and I mean every one else is a profiteering scum bag (except for a handul of charities)

With IVAs and bankruptcies, you may not pay them anything, but any arrangement you make will inolve your creditors paying them. This is not a good thing.

There's also debt line and the CAB can put you in touch with other agencies.

But it isn't, according to my colleague who forwarded this to us, about being in financial trouble as such, it's about consumers being mis sold credit agreements etc.

For the record I am not in 'trouble' I was of the thinking-nothing ventured nothing gained.

Right, I'm *really* going now. Wave

If you were miss sold again the CAB as a first point of call.

It's not a good plan to get dragged into legal action for some one else's profits.
