TV/film better than book? Page 4

How very peculiar.

LA Confidential was a great book and great film. Worth mentioning because they jettisoned a massive subplot from the film version and it still worked.

Don't worry, you're not going mad (yet) There is a film version, made about 8 years ago. Made me we want to re-read Rachel Papers and Dead Babies now :)
