I think he'd probably object to that idea of him. He completely hates anyone asking him about his job, and doesn't like having things relating to it in the house.

Ooh, very 80s Doctor Who-ish!
Is your room in the thorax or the abdomen?
Quote: Griff @ August 10 2008, 4:12 PM BSTSeriously, I just did a Google Images on the place we're going to be staying and found this picture:
How reassuring!

Is Robyn not even allowed to watch Midsomer Murders? Or Jonathan Creek?

Those French are flipping odd!

He hates both, but my mum likes them once in a while so I get away with it. He doesn't mind Poirot, or Miss Marple - but tutts when Japp comes on in the former.

Whyyyyyyyyyy? Is it 'cos he's a big meanie and doesn't want to think about it at home?

Quote: Griff @ August 10 2008, 4:21 PM BSTOn the subject of Agatha Christie, I went to see The Mousetrap this weekend with my aged parents. They fell asleep in the first act. I don't blame them. It was the biggest load of boring old bollocks I've ever seen. Anybody wants to know who did it PM me, I'm happy to spoil it for you.
*crosses it off the theatre list*

He always knows who did it! I got really annoyed by that when I was younger, and watching Scooby Doo.

Aren't you only about 16?Are you part Greek or something? With family there?
No, my parents just really, really like Greece. I've been about 2 times a year since I was born.

You poor thing.
A few months ago I had watched it with Andy, and didn't even tell my dad which episode it was, or where it was set. I asked him who was the culprit, and he first guessed the butler, which it wasn't; and then next said "Oh! I know! It was the dodgy fairground owner!". It was.
Ha!
