It's my new favourite word - discussed in another thread (Turkish for Beginners).
Apparently loud music makes people happier. There must be something too it, all modern pubs seem to be a conversation-free, stare-over-other-people's-shoulders-to-watch-the-pop-video-on-the-many TVs zone.
