I'm writing a shopping list right now. Put that on my writers profile will ya Strat - it's better than many of my scripts!

1 egg (beg ASDA to split box)
2 leaves spinach

Sitcom pilot.

2 comedy screenplays.

Been writing semi seriously for about 15 years, more seriously for the last 2-3. Last month I got my first writing related pay cheque. About bloody time, but now, of course, it means I have to keep going.

How many things do you have on the go at the moment?

1 TV sitcom
2 Sitcom Trials sitcoms (15 minutes each)
2 sketch shows (targetted)
2 sitcom ideas (probably both radio) bandied around in the back of my head that I will start work on as soon as TV sitcom is done, dusted and submitted.
I also have a large quota of 'can't-be-f**king-arsed' going on at the moment. Luckily I read on here about people's successes/encouragements and it gets me going again.

How many scripts/plays/sketches shows etc in total do you have in your back catalogue?

1 radio pilot (+3 further complete episodes)
About 75-100 sketches.
4 radio sketch credits.
Half a novel about a bored IT consultant.

How many years you have been writing?

About three since I attended a comedy-writing course. Maybe three and a half.

It'd be interesting to work out the average.
I was thinking about this in the shower. I don't know why I'm sharing that...

I don't know why I'm quoting this...

At the moment
A romantic comedy novel, slow but steady progress. Who isn't writing a novel?
Sitcom pilot getting dustier by the day

Back catalogue
A six episode 30 min sitcom series and pilot created with Dan Ryder
30ish sketches
One of those silly '1001 greatest...' books with Ryder. Ours is 'Ryder and Prower's Top 1001 Weird Questions' also getting dustier by the day

Years writing
Just over two years.

It was a lot of silly nonsense.

Same here. My attitude was style over content. Well my excuse really.

On the go:
One novel (halfway through last chapter of first draft)
One sitcom pilot (working on second draft)
One Red Planet comedy-drama entry

Back catalogue:
30 sketches

Time writing:
Been writing novel since December 2007.
Been writing comedy since the end of May this year, so, er, two and a half months.

I'm just a minnow, really.

EDIT: Late breaking news, one sketch performed at NewsRevue. King of the world!

70-odd thousand.

Well done Graham! What's the genre?

Oi, I haven't finished yet. It's not like you can buy it on Amazon or anything. ;)

It's a children's book. I won't go into too much detail, but JK Rowling will be shitting herself.

I'm going to preoder it off Amazon.

Cos she'll be 90 by the time it comes out?

;)

Well done mate

Me too. Or will we get exclusive signed copies?

That wasn't one of the questions, but a penis pump may help.

Must feel good to be so close to finishing a book - have you started scoping out agents?

Can you use them in work?

As for your question, not yet. I'm a bit new at this and not entirely sure about the form.

I'm curious to see that for the other BSG writers:

How many things do you have on the go at the moment?
How many scripts/plays/sketches shows etc in total do you have in your back catalogue?
How many years you have been writing?

Nothing - Nadda - Zilch

75 sketches (ish)
2 sitcom pilots
10 - 15 minutes worth of solid stand up material.

2 years :D
