Stott, Winter - wow...

Ha!

It's about... stuff. Kind of history-fied. But not in any intellectual way.

:)

Yeah. I really want to know what happens with everyone's projects now. Nuts.

Not for those who read though. ;)

It's be an A to Z(ooo).

Stott - I'm putting you down for 100 sketches...

zooo - I don't think your DT books and short stories count, so that lowers the average.

I'm working on some stand-up ideas for 2 people, doing the Red Planet competition, planning to work on my last year's NaNo entry, just sent off my Sitcom Trials, got an idea for an Amanda Redman drama, a couple of other TV play type scripts and about 6 sitcomsat various stages.

I've only really been writing for about 2 and a half years and working with several different partnerships.

So far just had my 2 (very) short plays staged.

Projects on the go:
We're working on 6 sitcoms at the moment at various stages. Also got 4 sketch projects in development. There are also a further 6 sitcoms and 2 sketch projects that are with the channels via prodcos, awaiting (the probably inevitable!) decisions. So they could still be considered current.

Back Catalogue:
In total, we've got about 30 sitcoms, 10 sketch shows and bundles of sketches hanging around. If I had to guess, I'd say (including years of Newsrevue as well as TV/radio stuff) probably somewhere between 500 and 1000 sketches.

How long:
Ten long years. Christ on a bike, where did it all go wrong... Errr

I haven't written anything about Tennant! I may have read a few though...

Absolute bloody filth, some of it.
The minds of these people! :O

Disgusting! I bet you couldn't bear to read them.

[quote name="Simon Stratton" post="227919" date="August 5 2008, 9:08 PM BST"]I'm curious to see that for the other BSG writers:

Working on local radio show, NR/TS, 3 sitcom scripts under consideration, screen play on hold for 6 months, Working on 2 non topical skit shows.

How many scripts/plays/sketches shows etc in total do you have in your back
catalogue?

1,500 skits, 5 sitcom scripts, 1 screenplay.

How many years you have been writing?

Exactly. I had to keep reading though.

Probably for research purposes or something.

Ooh I love the word dilettante.

I want to go to Edinburgh next year! (as an audience member that is) Maybe I will be able to watch you. :)

Oh yes - and I've got a couple of novels on the go too.
