In a punch-up, the Hulk would just get pissed off and his strength would increase and he'd finish off Superman or Doomsday. But if Superman cheated and used his speed somehow, he might win. Does Superman have heat vision? He could fry the Hulk.

Bats does rock, don't get me wrong.
They really should make 'The Dark Knight Returns' into a film; I can really see Chris Nolan doing it justice. And you could use someone else as The Joker because he's supposed to be a lot older, so it doesn't matter that he'll look different to Ledger.

Firstly, it is made up, so its a moot point really. But Bats did beat him in Dark Knight, Superman let him get away with it at the end because he realised Batman was right about what Superman had become. Which was those in powers personel bitch and a joke.
