Mock The Week - 2007 & 2008 Page 12

You've got a one track mind Zoo.

Nah, I don't fancy him!

I'm saying lovely as in, you know, lovely.

No I don't know.

Lovely as in the opposite of Kenneth Barlow.
;)
He's all Welsh and quiet! And smiley!
There. That is what lovely means. I looked in my dictionary.

I didn't get that joke.

Good episode. Although I was a bit freaked out to see Hugh Dennis doing the "This isn't just a gimp mask this is an S&M gimp mask" joke which is almost identical to a joke I wrote for my stand-up set. I guess it's a fairly predictable joke! Also he did that "We've got your bags" joke on The Now Show a while back.

Either last week, or the week before, Jason Munford on 8 Out of 10 Cats said "this isn't just sex, this is S&M sex" so it seems everyone has their variations on the joke!

I liked this week's episode too. Liked Russell's bit about Barack walking into a room like the Messiah with people leaping out of wheelchairs and stuff, and when Gordon Brown walks into a room there's just a vomiting dog Laughing out loud

I just saw a peeping tom in your garden. I told him, this is my patch.
Great episode tonight.

I didn't get that joke.

They didn't show it on BBC Two fecking Wales so I've not seen it yet, but it's from the Marks & Spencer's TV ads. You know, M&S. Backwards. S&M.

Not that one!
Although thank you kindly. :)

The 'we've lost your bags' one. He sings it, and I don't get why.

Wasn't it a dig a British Airways, sung in the style of their TV ad?

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh.

Old Ad, same music http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=WsMoNJBDK2c (not exactly interesting though)

No sorry. I built it up too much. :D

Didn't laugh once.
