Maybe I should meet her then. I do like German women in their lederhosen.

Couldn't resist. That really is bedtime though. Wave

I had to take my nan to casualty a couple of months back and I was horrofied at the number of lowlifes there, waiting for treatment. They were drunk, loud and aggressive, and treated staff and other patients atrociously. Personally, I wouldn't have allowed them medical treatment, let alone blood. That's my problem with giving blood. There's a good chance the undeserving will get it.

I hear they're actively looking for young blood. Ah, ah ha, ha.

And seeing as I'm apparently obsessed with vampires, it's the next logical step!

And I'm probably too old now!

:O No way! We're all too hard on ourselves here! *irony, irony*

You have to be 17 I think. :) That's when I started.

That's me as of about two weeks ago! :D

I know! :D
Wohooo!

A friend of mine gave blood a few weeks ago, and said that once she got over being woozy, it felt amazing to have done it.

That's it! It is an amazing feeling! :)

She used to be anaemic, and so was worried that they might not take it - but her meds are working it seems.
