I don't know whether it's worth celebrating. How much do people usually get for 5 numbers?
My Dad just got 5 numbers on the lottery
shit loads!
Well done to your dad fella.
Quite a bit!
It will deffo be in the thousands!

Typical prize for 5 numbers is £1500 apparently.
Well done to your Dad.
I do know of one person who got 5 numbers and the bonus ball. A woman from my old town. She got I think something like £500,000. She now lives in Spain.
Here is where I got the figure of £1500 from, not sure how far I trust a website that looks like that though.
This was years ago though. It may have just been £50.
I have never won anything on the lottery but I have won £5 twice on bingo night live!
Nice!
One of my best friend's parents won $7.5 million in the California lottery 2 or 3 years ago. They have the 3-foot-wide cardboard check hanging above the sofa in their dream home.

Sounds about right. My mums syndicate had 5 numbers and won around that much too. Congrats to your dad catskillz.

The National Lottery website should be able to tell you an almost exact amount.

She is obviously a mental.
It's 10% of the remaining funds after they've distributed money to people who had 'better' tickets than your Dad. So it's a bit up in the air as to how much he'll get, I think.

£602, apparently.
The line that came up was made up of the dates of family members' birthdays. The annoying thing is, there was a good chance that my mum could've also done the same line, as they often both do it, in case one of them forgets. Would we have got more money, if they'd both done it?

The winnings are distributed by tickets, so yes. Unfortunately.
Five numbers and all you get is £600? Ah well, it's better than a cucumber forced up your wee-hole. I know, I've tried.
There's a tiny little part of me that never wants to get really rich off the lottery. It's the part of me that would much rather get rich from writing comedy. Unfortunately, the chances of that happening are almost as slim as the chances of having 6 numbers come up.
