Let's take comedy miscreants judge them, and if we have enough votes for guilty, we disaprove of them.
The aim being if we disaprove hard enough, they may just die of being disaproved.

I predict Russell Brand will be the victim of a big media backlash (if that's the right word), in years to come, when he hits proper middle-age. There's nothing the British media love more, than to attack ageing, former heartthrobs. I think he'll become the new Hoff.

No, imo. I receive worse jokes every day via txt. Pretty insensitive, but hey. I'm not a fan of his stand-up, but I think he's alright in general.
