Most bad 'ass film of all time. Page 5

I am adding Indiana Jones to the list!
When I was young I thought he was the coolest baddest badass in the world.

Agreed.

To quote Sean Connery

"Indianna? that was the dogs name"

And you don't think that now?

Oh yes sorry. He is!!!

Well the one in the first three films is.

Yes, but I am a rampant polygamist.

Laughing out loud

Chopper about Mark Brandn "chopper" read is a true bad ass film and it's true as well with great wit and one liners.

"You keep stabbing me, you're gonna kill me right?" and "I'm just a normal bloke, a normal bloke who likes a bit of torture"

Great, great film...

Sorry, that was crap. Yeah it's all one shot but the fighting itself is rubbish. There are alot better martial art sequences than that imo.

Aw come on you can't say it's crap. I mean sure, I've seen much more graceful martial arts movies but I was referring to the astounding choreography and the bravery of the director to shoot the whole thing in one continuous shot. Never seen it done before. Plus some of those stunts look jolly dangerous.

I prefer the unedited zooo list Gavin. The Terminator & Alien are definitely badass. I think Aliens is MORE badass though with Alien being more scary/tense.

Great choices zooo :) Swap Aliens for Alien and that'll be mine too.

How about the Bourne trilogy too? Great stuff.

Dunno, I just thought the fight was a bit half assed in places. The punches/kicks didn't even look to connect in places (I know it's pretend :) ). I watch a lot of martial art films, and although they use fast cuts, wires (sometimes) & other tricks they're much better. Brave of the director but maybe he forgot it also had to look real. Sorry, we'll have to disagree. :)

Cross of Iron

Anyone seen this? It's by far the most amazing martial arts fight scene I've ever seen. All filmed in one continuous shot - beautiful to watch. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K06wDn3XsZE

Check out Rumble in the Bronx (BBC One now) for some proper ass kickin' action. :)

Easily the Baddest cartoon ever made: http://youtube.com/watch?v=tSfaaEvuwUg

Indiana Jones...minus the unmentionable new movie. He's sooooo very bad ass. Doesn't take any crap but takes what he wants...even the ladies ohhhh yeaaaaaaa.
And Dutch from the Predator movie.

John Carpenter's Vampires. James Woods is the baddest of badasses.

Yeah, that was a great film. Apparently, after the film was made, the real Chopper moved into a house, on the same road as the actor that played him.

Bruce Willis in The Last Boy Scout. Where he kills that guy by punching him in the nose.
