It's amazing!
Friendly Fires - Paris
It makes me want to go to Paris and hang out with French girls in berets that look like Eva Green.
Fight Like Apes are good to.

Not allowed music in work anymore...which sucks!
Surely if you're in work you shouldn't be on here.
If I was your boss I'd sack you!

I'd tell you to stick your job you square and make like Robyn...and flounce off
Back on the Classical to improve my mood.

That prompted me to look up this seldom-seen, Spike Jonze-directed video by Mike Watt and The Black Gang. It always cracks me up.

What is about Costello and armies?

He can be a bit of a pain in the arse at times - but has made some brilliant albums.
This is the album Olivers Army was on originally.
Something by New Order on Radio 2. One of the greatest bands ever.

New order rock!
I'm listening to Happy Mondays - Step On
Stereophonics - Handbags & Gladrags
I love Blue Monday, that's a great song, but I just can't really get "into" them like other bands. Being a massive Joy Division fan it just seems like there's something missing. That's probably unfair giving that they're a completely separate band, but yeah. I can't stand their live versions of Love Will Tear Us Apart though.
Anyway, I'm listening to...:
Slow Night, So Long - Kings of Leon
Got tickets to see them in Brighton in december, so chuffed.

What else would "make like Robyn" be a nod to!?
