Any one on strike? Page 4

Laughing out loud I fear this is the fate of many "lost" BSGers.

It's true. I'm a volunteer and I see some of them on my way out.
Alan C is tied to Frostyboy like some filthy human spoon, AJP has been whipped to within an inch of his life (his stockings are in shreds), and Jake How, though let out now and then, is bruised purple.

Yes I'm on strike - we've downed bins - hence I am online here!

I want more dosh - they don't get me I'm part of the onion!

It's my last day of holiday today so I could go on strike but just for today cause I have to work tomorrow.

You could never go on strike. You'd be too afraid to hurt peoples' feelings! :P

I would be a peaceful striker and try to work out a way we could strike and not only the company to lose money. I would be rubbish!

Or send the government some cakes. They would be so moved and yummed up they'd just have to give in! You'd be like the new cake Ghandi.

The only cake you should send the gouvernment is yellow cake, as in yellow cake uranium, as in atomic bomb.

Kill them all, iradiate London, then they'll see we're serious!

Did you convert to Islam?

The cleaning staff, dinner ladies (you don't know how wrong that phrase is) and secretarial staff all out. School closed to the darling children. I missed them so much today I actually pissed myself laughing.

I take it you got paid, you jammy get.

Well obviously someone is on strike.

The thing is does striking really do any good except piss off people affected by it? The only people who think it works are those on strike and they're usually poor misguided fools.

I mus' add that to my satelite box.

Face it Sooty - out-punned there by a clear mile!

Shut up Chapman. Strike and strike again. As Sooty so rightly pointed out I'm in the middle of being paid for two days for doing f**k all. School is great without kids and the sooner the government realise that the better off all us down trodden teachers will be. :P

It makes a statement, and soemtimes that's all you've got. And if it makes Labour look shit, good.

Sometimes you jsut have to make some kind of stand.

Oh sorry. So if you're getting paid for doing nothing maybe you'd like to buy me a drink.

But surely striking is the tool of labour.

So what's gone wrong here then?
