I like Pachelbel's Canon in D.
I know it's really boring and gets played all the time, but played really loud it's ace.

NIce piece though.

just popped on Symphony No. 9 in D minor, Op. 125- By Big Bad Ludwig V

It's in lots of films.
That's the only way I get exposed to any classical music!

Bach! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CyLo9-Voy5s

This is the other one I like.
From Se7en, when Morgan Freeman is in that massive gorgeous library researching mentals.
Soooo loud in the cinema and sooo nice.

Never heard that one before zooo. Probably cos it's got no piano in and I'm a bit bias.

For something esle orchestral - Adagio for Strings (Barber)

This one's in my little repertoire - along with Badinerie and Prelude 1 from Bach.

You can change a couple of notes and make Whiter Shade of Pale!

Sigur Ros...Takk

(having just managed to get tickets to see them live)

Aw, yeah, that's a great one too. :) Although again, I've got no idea of that context of it.

Or you could change all of the notes and get Shudda Uppa Your Face

Laughing out loud

But it's so true!

David Bowie: Low (I tend to listen to entire albums instead of individual songs.)

That is a great album.

I do love all the short songs on side 1.*

*reference to vinyl.

I'm listening to Nick Cave's album Nocturama.

It's the only album of his that I've got and I keep meaning to get them - especially Grinderman.

No Doubt - Underneath It All

My ex used to say it reminded her of me...what a bitch.
