Just made a big pot of jambalaya, stuffed a bunch of it in my stomach and now I'm getting ready to cut the grass before the sun takes us into heat stroke territory.

Are you the Carpenters?

I'm trying to write and keep getting distracted while listening to a CD by a group called Roadhouse.

Laughing out loud

Maybe we're not supposed to know. Being accomplished conspiracy theorists...

Don't let on.... Cool

Awww damn - I do wish I lived near my 'rents for Sunday lunch! Damn it!

Schlägt Bohnen auf Toast.

I didn't even know that - perhaps I'm German too if that's the criteria.

Yeah ich auch!

(I've no idea if this actually make's sense, I just stuck it in Babelfish) :)

Ha... Ich leibe Babelfish.

Ich spreche eine bisschen Deutsche. Ich habe veile Deutsche in Schule gelernt, aber ich kann nicht screiben es. :)

Now that's quite a conversation killer. It's the fate of the true conspiracy theorist, though. We could still talk in code. Maybe we did all along.
This is getting confusing. Must've taken the mad pills this morning.

I don't think we can call German code... :S

Haha. If you copy 'Ich leibe Babelfish' and translate it back into English you get 'I body Babelfish' not 'love'.

Off for me tea now. Auf Wiedersehen... Wave

No, but I don't understand the stuff I've written 5 minutes ago. So it must be code. Babelfish btw produces excellent code, but seldom a German sentence.

Not since we cracked Enigma anyway.

I was reluctant to post as I'm doing absolutely nothing. In fact I've been staring at the end of this thread for the past couple of minutes, hoping someone else had something interesting to share. Seems not to be the case. But look what I've done! I managed to fill 3 to 4 lines without saying anything. The end is nigh. The washing machine's singing an apocalyptic tune. I'm going to dissolve now. I wish there was a town called Dissolve. Ladida.

That's just what this thread is for! :)

Your world is governed by tight but very weird logic, isn't it Aaron?

Tight? Reasonably.
Weird? Not at all! :D

Haha. If you copy 'Ich leibe Babelfish' and translate it back into English you get 'I body Babelfish' not 'love'.

That's because it's "liebe" and not "leibe". A Fipptehler, as I like to call it.

Fipptehler. That's good!

Now, but I'm about to play the part of a mechanic after my 4-month-old electric mower quit halfway through my lawn. That's what I get for trying to be green. My next mower will be a smog-belching, earth-raping, self-propelled behemoth.

I have to go prepare dinner now. All middle-classy, housewifey.

Think of things I need to take to Reading Festival? I'm making a checklist. Cool
