Whoomp There It Is By McHammer is my current song. Laughing out loud

Bit of McHammer always a classic

Listening to one of my favourite Queen songs.

Queen - Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy

Tonight by The Smashing Pumpkins. On the 'Q' music channel. They're playing some classics this afternoon.

DJ Scribble - Tetris

Lets play some Tetris mother f**ker

George Thourogood & the Destroyers.

Hit me with your rhythm stick - Ian Dury and the Blockheads (12" version)- a brilliant band.

Average White Band compilation. "Work to do", "Nothing you can do" and "You got it" are wonderful examples of blue-eyed soul.

I'm a big fan of A.W.B. I saw them live, at a club in Liverpool, about 12 years ago. This is my favourite song of their's: http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=iR_1sCaJn-4 I originally went looking for that song, after I'd heard the first few seconds of it, sampled by Hip hop duo Eric B. and Rakim for this song: http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=IqQJ31KnpTg&feature=related

Whenever I think of A.W.B., I'm always reminded of an episode of Room 101, in which Nick Hancock was making a joke about bands that were really, really bad, and he used A.W.B. as an example. Then again, he proved he knows nothing about music, when I saw him on a music show, about 10 years ago, and he was asked who was the better group, out of The Beatles and Oasis - and he couldn't decide!! Ben Elton, who is a massive Beatles fan, was also on the show, and I remember, when he was asked the same question, he just smiled, and asked them if they were being serious.

Good stuff. I don't think most American teenagers during their heyday in the 70s knew they were a) white and b) Scottish.

They're bloody German aren't they?

Not English anyway.

Only Michael Schenker :) All the others were from around London.
OK, nowadays they have American Vinnie Moore on guitars.

Stephen Lynch - If I were Gay.

Both bands are as hideously overrated as the other.

Wrong on every level.

Correct on every level.

Oasis - massively overrated.
Beatles - impossible to overrate.
