Ricky Gervais winning best comedy performance, I don’t think so, as much as I like Extras I think most would agree that RG performance was not outstanding. It should have gone to Liz Smith or at a push to Stephen Merchant.

Or seen him in Alias? Where he can't use his comedy and just has to act straight. He's fantastic.
