Toddlers who dislike spicy food 'racist' Page 3

Which nursery are you at?

why cast aspersions on them? Do you think its OK for kids to say "yuk" to food that some has spent time and money preparing for them?

Leaving aside, as in not commenting either way. I wanted to move away from the toddler thing and discuss the general point you were making.

Kids are ungrateful little sods, but I see no harm in trying to instil manners in them. My expectations of three year olds are however not perhaps as high as yours.

What are the acceptable and effective ways to punish a toddler these days? (Seriously)

Can't hit. I don't think your allowed to shout?(or am I wrong on that) or grab.

So just hope Jesus comes back and stops them.

Shouting, violence and Jesus aren't the only options Gav. I dread to think how you deal with an underperforming employee at work.

The approach has to depends a lot on the toddler, they are not all built the same way. Some will respond to the slightest show of displeasure. Others you might as well try to argue with a hurricane.

All crimes are hate crimes.

Tax evasion?

Really? thats how the Americans deal with stuff and they've been around for a while and are doing alright for themselves. :P

I don't have enough power to deal with underperforming employees more the pity.

Tax evasion?

Hate paying Tax.

Guilty.

What was that weird story about kids getting detention for not praying to Allah in an RE lesson.

Only an aethesit, or soggy liberal C of E would suggest something so knuckle headed.

Is it not obvious that this story, being from the Torygraph, is nothing more than right wing propaganda? Have a think about it - also check out Mark Steel's article in the Indie today - very insightful with regards to how the right wing hate-press manipulate/make up nonsense in order to devalue/misrepresent liberal values. Also interesting was Johan Harri's articel on that hateful twat David Davis.

on a serious point - any kid over 3 that says yuk to any meal he has been served is a rude little shit.....i have 4 kids and none of them would dream of being rude about the food they are served.

A situation.
You force the three-year old ungrateful little sod eat the food he refused to eat.
He eats it and second later throws it up on the plate.

Your reaction?
Punch in the gut? Kick in the face? Or shove his face in the vomit?

Don't have kids.

Sounds like a typical night out in town.

My reaction is to cook the vomit up and make him eat it again, wasteful little bugger.

Seriously though, I remember being a kid and hating some of the things I was made to eat, and how they used to make me sick, but I still ate them because that was the way I was brought up. If I had children, I would make sure they ate their vegs but I wouldn't force them to eat something they really really hated. It's difficult to comment not being a parent.

Pft we used to eat what we got or nothing at all, and sometimes if you weren't quick enough eating what you had you had nothing lol
