Can any character be that annoying? I quite liked her in the beginning, but she just began to get irritating! I'd rather not suggest that no-one can be as bad though, because I might jinx it.

Doesn't wiping all races other then his Daleks seem exactly like OS Davros would do? Its just of a case of they obviously cannot conquer it's failed so many times. So just wipe them out and start from Scratch...also I think he had gone slighlty mad.

1st gen Tennant was 10 so this Tennant is 11. So he can only die once more with natural regeneration then he'll have to do like the Master did in OS and steal life.
