Doctor Who... Page 123

Dr Who is for geeks, sod off you trendy normals. With your clean hair, and acceptance of day light.

Actually, I'm more scared that I remember the FASA RPG.

Ah but mark of a true geek, can you remember what FASA stood for?

n.b. does anybody reckon this Saturday will be reset button time, with everything going back just the way it was before?

n.n.b. I reckon no new Dr this week, no way they'd have been able to hide that spoiler.

I'm more scared that there was a range of Doctor Who military weaponry! :O

N.B. n.b. should be N.B. not n.b. Unimpressed

Nah, I shied away from FASA. I was a TSR and Chaosium chap.

He can't do the reset button thing again, surely?

Eh? Where are these weapons you speak of? I considered buying a sonic screwdriver pen.

He will. Chaosium now they were great, I was a great fan of Cthulu, back in the Halcyon days before computer games. I bet this site is stuffed full of exRPGers. I actually went to GENCON a few years ago at Butlins, God that was distrubing.

I have a sonic screwdriver in my toolbox.

Not sure about the reset button - the doc would still have to change to another doctor in that case, albeit briefly.

Wow, they held it at Butlins? I'm not sure what's worse. What does FASA stand for?

Oh they'll find a cheat, they always do.

And c'mon we'd have seen something by now, mind you there's loads of rumours about Noel from the Boosh.

I'd like to see Ray Winston as the Dr.

Julian Barratt would be better.

Freedonian Aero Space Authority. They were the 2nd RPG company after TSR.

N.B. Butlins, and GENCON, were exactly as bad as each other. Albeit most of the geeks I've met, have been thorughly nice people.

Any one going to buy D&D 5, if it wasn't nearly 50 squids I'd be tempted.

Ooh.

Anyway, I'm out of this thread now until after Saturday. If I read a theory on here that ends up being right, my reaction will just be 'oh right', instead of 'ohmyf**kinggod how awesome'.

Which will be pants.

Ooh?

Ooh?

Soz, forgot to quote what I was oohing at. :)

What are you ooing at? And d you know that sounds slightly obsene?

Julian Barratt causes obscene thoughts just by existing.

Maybe he'll split into 2, and it'll be Ant and Dec.
