No need for formalities, just call me chipolata. Plus, Michael Jacob is more than just head of the College of Comedy. He's also got some ridiculous job title like Head of Vision and Banality at BBC.

Well I just read that TVC is maybe going to be given Grade 2 listed status, which, in the whole, I think I maybe approve of.

Does anyone know where the BBC are intending on moving their operations to, if they do indeed leave part - or all - of the complex?

Its a call centre, not sure if it is Bombay or further north.

I'm definitely with Perry & Co with this one. Not a regular watcher but will do if inclined.

I actually think the worst part of My Family is the acting of Robert Lindsay - it's almost cartoon like and lacks reality. I can live with it though.

Yes it's odd isn't it? You see it sometimes in dramatic actors attmpting comedy, Dinsdale Landen springs to mind, but with Lindsay's sitcom pedigree you would expect better.

He's probably bored of doing it, so spices it up.
