Siobhan Hayes - 1990s sitcom?

Hi All,

This has bugged me for years and I'm wondering whether anyone can help or even confirm that I never exercised my brain enough when I was able to.

I seem to remember (vaguely) Siobhan Hayes being in a comedy prog where she meets a fella abroad (Spain?) and ends up living with him back in Blighty.

Now, I don't desperately need to buy a dvd to watch Siobhan Hayes and fawn, nothing like that, it's just been bugging me for ages that I thought I recognised her when she first appeared on My Family. So I thought I'd ask.

I cannot find any reference to it on imdb so I could well be utterly, utterly (Be quiet, Sharon!) wrong (no surprise there then!).

Ah.

I did look at that however the imdb reference doesn't mention the being abroad bit hence my not connecting it. Honest

Didn't think it was that late either. Mind you, thinking and me are poles apart these days.

Now if only I could remember what it was about Siobhan Hayes that has made her stick in my mind for so long.

Yes...it's coming back to me...(slowly of course!)...they are two of her characteristics I found quite appealing.
In fact, a very nice bit of totty oops, sorry, a rather attractive young lady with whom I wouldn't mind having a rather long chat with. Over dinner and the following breakfast! I'm sure we could find other things to occupy the time in between.

What? Oh, must go. The nurse is here with a cold spoon and my bromide.
